Product Equipment Definition
ACCESSORY PRODUCTmeans any product that is not a Trampoline Product and is not a Replacement Product and is encompassed, either in complete or in part, by the Licensed Intellectual Property, and shall specifically embody the gadgets listed in Exhibit B.
